Qualifications

• Product knowledge is required.
• Proficient keyboard and computer skills.
• Minimum of 1 year clerical experience.

Responsibilities

• Review branch orders for special order products submitted by branches for accuracy and completeness.
• Create purchase orders based on customer orders and submit to vendors.
• Update vendor confirmations with costs and delivery dates and alert sales to potential margin issues.
• Coordinate with Purchasing Department and other stakeholders as needed.
• Identify and correct errors to ensure timely processing and accuracy.
