KBR, Inc. seeks a Special Operations Licensed Clinical Social Worker to support POTFF at Fort Benning, GA. The role integrates physical, mental, and psychological wellness for service members and families, with relocation offered to the Fort Benning area.

The position involves clinical research, collaboration with medical and military staff, recordkeeping, potential supervision of trainees, and training in DoD requirements. Requires an MSW, CSWE accreditation, and Secret Clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Master of Social Work degree from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted clinical social work license in any U.S. state/territory.
• Secret Clearance or ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
• At least 2 years of peer-reviewed clinical social work experience in mental health.

Responsibilities

• Engage in quality improvement and staff meetings.
• Conduct applied research and clinical investigations in clinical/behavioral health.
• Consult with medical personnel, legal authorities, and military commanders.
• Maintain accurate medical records and treatment reports.
• Supervise unlicensed providers or trainees if required.
• Perform case management and educate patients about their mental health treatment.
