Job summary

KBR, Inc. is hiring a Special Operations Licensed Clinical Social Worker to support POTFF and SOF mission readiness. The role integrates physical, mental, and psychological wellness through evidence-based therapies, interviews, and assessments within an operational unit.

Responsibilities include research, multidisciplinary collaboration, maintaining records, and potential supervision of trainees. Requires MSW, CSWE accreditation, and a secret clearance or ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident Status.
• Secret Clearance or ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
• MSW or equivalent degree from CSWE-accredited program.
• Unrestricted clinical license to practice social work in the U.S.
• Minimum two years of peer-reviewed clinical social work experience.
• Ability to meet credentialing requirements at a local MTF.
• Experience with brief behavioral interventions.
• Willingness to complete required DoD or service training.

Responsibilities

• Engage in quality improvement and staff meetings.
• Conduct research and clinical investigations in behavioral health social work.
• Consult with medical, legal, military leadership and school districts as required.
• Maintain accurate patient records and prepare evaluation/treatment reports.
• Participate in military training; supervise unlicensed providers or trainees if required.
• Perform case management and ensure treatment adherence and proper documentation.
