Job summary

KBR is seeking a Special Operations Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join the POTFF program at Fort Benning, GA. This role focuses on integrating physical, mental and psychological wellness for service members and families to sustain mission readiness and performance.

Responsibilities include clinical supervision as needed, conducting research, and collaborating with DoD personnel. Requires MSW, unrestricted licensure, and ability to obtain/hold a secret clearance; relocation is offered.

Qualifications

• US citizenship or permanent residency required.
• Secret clearance or ability to obtain clearance.
• MSW or equivalent degree from CSWE-accredited program.
• Current unrestricted clinical social work license in any US state, DC, PR or USVI.
• Minimum two years of peer-reviewed clinical social work experience in mental health.
• Fluent English in speech and writing.
• Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Engage in quality improvement and staff meetings.
• Conduct research and clinical investigations in clinical/behavioral health.
• Consult with medical personnel, legal authorities and military leaders as required.
• Maintain accurate medical records and generate evaluative reports.
• Participate in military-specific training and supervision of trainees as needed.
• Staff difficult cases with referring provider and psychiatry consultant.
