Job summary

KBR is seeking a Special Operations Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join the POTFF program in Southern Pines, NC, delivering integrated mental health services to support SOF mission readiness and family resilience.

The ideal candidate holds an MSW from a CSWE‑accredited program, maintains an active clinical license, is a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, and can obtain a Secret clearance. Relocation is offered for this position.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident Status required.
• Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• MSW or equivalent from CSWE-accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted clinical social work license in any U.S. state.
• Minimum two years peer‑reviewable clinical social work experience in mental health.
• Knowledge of professional standards and ethics in clinical social work.
• Experience with brief behavioral interventions.
• May be required to obtain DoD credentialing privileges.

Responsibilities

• Engage in quality improvement and staff meetings.
• Conduct applied research and clinical investigations in clinical/behavioral health.
• Consult with medical personnel, military leadership and education districts as required.
• Maintain accurate medical records and generate evaluation/treatment reports.
• Participate in military-specific training.
• Provide clinical supervision to unlicensed providers or trainees.
• Complete required DoD or service training.
• Perform case management and coordinate treatment adherence.
