Job summary

KBR is seeking a Special Operations Licensed Clinical Social Worker to support the POTFF program at Cannon AFB, NM. The role focuses on integrating physical, mental, and psychological wellness for service members and families to sustain mission readiness and performance.

The position requires US citizenship or permanent residency, a MSW from CSWE-accredited school, and a Secret clearance or ability to obtain one; prior SOF/government experience is preferred. Relocation benefits are available.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status.
• Must have a Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
• MSW degree fully accredited by CSWE.
• Maintain current, unrestricted license to practice social work in the U.S.
• Minimum two years of peer-reviewed clinical social work in mental health.
• Knowledge of professional standards and ethics in clinical social work.
• Experience with brief behavioral interventions.

Responsibilities

• Engage in quality improvement and staff meetings and conferences.
• Conduct applied research and clinical investigations in health/organizational social work.
• Consult with medical, legal, military and school officials as needed.
• Maintain accurate medical records and report evaluations and treatments.
• Participate in military-specific training; supervise unlicensed staff if required.
• Complete required DoD training and assess treatment adherence; educate patients about mental health.
