Job summary

Peraton requires a PC Technician to support SITEC-3 at Cannon AFB, NM. You will manage End User Devices, provide troubleshooting, IMAC services, and VDI client support for mission-critical tasks.

Required: DoD TS/SCI clearance, DoD 8570 IAT II, and strong Windows/O365 experience, plus installation/troubleshooting skills. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits offered, with overtime options.

Qualifications

• DoD TS/SCI clearance is required.
• DOD 8570 IAT II certification.
• Experience with Windows OS and O365.
• Experience in hardware/software installation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Active Directory security groups and file shares.

Responsibilities

• Supports end users and missions at assigned locations.
• Manages day-to-day End User Devices with wired or wireless access.
• Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues.
• Conducts IMAC or re-installation data migrations.
• Tests IT equipment per standard configurations and images.
• Coordinates equipment installations and upgrades.
• Interfaces with customers for training and issue resolution.
• Provides IMAC services and supports VDI clients.
