Job summary

KBR is actively recruiting Licensed Mental Health Counselors to support the POTFF program for Special Operations Forces, on-site at locations in North Carolina. Roles require LMFT or LPC licensure and involve working with active-duty personnel, veterans, and their families.

Responsibilities include counseling, screenings, case management, and delivering evidence-based therapies across individual, family, group, and couples modalities.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in behavioral sciences. Must meet credentialing/privileging standards.
• LMFT: COAMFTE-accredited degree or equivalent with AAMFT clinical membership.
• LPC: NCMHCE, CACREP-accredited program, and post-master’s experience; valid state license.

Responsibilities

• Implement counseling, screenings, case management and prevention programs.
• Serve as behavioral health point of contact for active-duty SO personnel and families.
• Provide individual, family, group, couples therapy and evidence-based interventions.
• Plan and implement programs to foster healthy family and unit connectedness.
• Maintain effective communication within the unit and with DoD and partner agencies.
