Job summary

CACI is seeking a USASOC Lessons Learned Analyst for the 4th POG to support the Lessons Learned Program. You will collect, analyze, and disseminate SOF observations to warfighters and the Joint Community from Fort Bragg and other locations.

The role requires strong briefing skills, data collection via interviews and field visits, and thorough knowledge of Joint/SOF doctrine. A TS/SCI clearance is required or eligible.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in SOF within an O-6 or above command.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
• Knowledge of portals and real-time knowledge management systems.
• Ability to prepare and deliver briefings to leadership.
• Ability to prepare collection plans and collect data via interviews/observations.
• Knowledge of SOF Command structure for targeted dissemination.
• Ability to write detailed portions of studies.
• Knowledge of Joint and SOF Doctrine and TTPs.
• Bachelor's/Associate/20 years experience as noted.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic collection plans and gather qualitative and quantitative data through interviews, observations, and field visits.
• Analyze collected data and archive observations and insights; identify actionable lessons for dissemination.
• Coordinate knowledge sharing and peer reviews to benefit the SOF community.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports, briefings, and presentations to staff and senior leadership.
