Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Experience supporting or staff to a General Officer level command.
• Knowledge of Army SOF command structure and doctrine.
• Ability to prepare collection plans and collect data via interviewing and observation.
• Strong report writing and briefing skills.

Responsibilities

• Operational Aggregation & Trend Analysis: central point for the operating force, synthesizing refined lessons learned products from all subordinate units.
• Internal Remediation & Cross-Pollination: facilitate standardizing tactics, techniques, and procedures across subordinate groups.
• Strategic Reporting & Integration: draft comprehensive operational trend assessments and capability gap reports for higher headquarters action.
• Collaborative Knowledge Sharing: ensure proactive information sharing between CSU level data collectors and USASOC level analysts.
