Job summary

CACI is seeking a USASOC Lessons Learned Analyst to join the Lessons Learned Program supporting the U.S. Army Special Operations Command. You will help collect, analyze, and disseminate observations, insights, and lessons to inform SOF operations and joint warfighter decisions.

This role requires at least three years in SOF at senior level, TS/SCI clearance, and the ability to develop collection plans, conduct direct data collection, and deliver briefs to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of SOF experience at O-6 level or above.
• Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain.
• Experience with portals and real-time knowledge management systems.
• Ability to deliver briefings to leadership.
• Ability to develop collection plans and to collect data via interviews and observations.
• Knowledge of SOF and Joint Doctrine and TTPs.
• Ability to write detailed portions of studies.
• Experience with collaborative communications systems.
• Bachelor's degree with ten years of experience, Associate with fifteen years, or twenty years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Collection planning and data gathering: Develop strategic collection plans and gather data via interviews, observations and field visits to fulfill requirements.
• Data analysis and dissemination: Analyze and archive observations; prepare actionable lessons for dissemination to the SOF community.
• Collaborative knowledge sharing: Use collaboration tools to share information; coordinate peer reviews and knowledge exchanges.
• Deliverables and communications: Prepare reports, briefings, and presentations for leadership and staff.
