Endeavor HCBS LLC in the Phoenix area is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with special needs and their families. This part-time role offers flexible evening and weekend shifts and a chance to make a meaningful difference in daily living and community participation.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 months working in caregiving, special needs, teaching, babysitting, nanny, nursing or related roles.
Must pass a comprehensive background check.
Passion for working with individuals with special needs and making a positive impact.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training are a plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with individuals, families and teams.
Patience, empathy, and adaptability to varying needs.
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license may be required for some positions.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, personalized support to individuals with special needs, assisting daily activities and promoting independence.
Foster safe, nurturing environments encouraging growth and social interaction.
Collaborate with families, care advocates, and healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans.
Assist with personal care, medication management, and activities of daily living as required.
Implement behavioral strategies and support plans for individuals with challenging behaviors.
Accompany individuals in community, recreation, and appointments to ensure engagement.
