Job summary

Endeavor DDD Services in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide personalized care for members with developmental disabilities. You will follow Individual Support Plans, promote safety, and support daily living activities in a community setting.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Certifications such as Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR/First Aid, and Article 9

Your Role as a DSP:

As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide personalized care and support for members of all ages with developmental disabilities:

What You Need:

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record.

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

• A passion for supporting individuals with special needs, backed by patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.

Certifications & Credentials (Current or willing to obtain upon hire):

• Active Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.

• Current CPR & First Aid certifications.

• Article 9 training certification.
