Endeavor HCBS LLC in the Phoenix area is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with special needs and their families. This part-time role offers flexible evening and weekend shifts and a chance to make a meaningful difference in daily living and community participation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months working in caregiving, special needs, teaching, babysitting, nanny, nursing or related roles.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check.
• Passion for working with individuals with special needs and making a positive impact.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with individuals, families and teams.
• Patience, empathy, and adaptability to varying needs.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license may be required for some positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, personalized support to individuals with special needs, assisting daily activities and promoting independence.
• Foster safe, nurturing environments encouraging growth and social interaction.
• Collaborate with families, care advocates, and healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans.
• Assist with personal care, medication management, and activities of daily living as required.
• Implement behavioral strategies and support plans for individuals with challenging behaviors.
• Accompany individuals in community, recreation, and appointments to ensure engagement.
