Job summary

Brookfields School is seeking an enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a dedicated team. The role focuses on pupils with severe and complex learning difficulties in a nurturing, inclusive environment.

The HLTA will work with teachers and professionals to tailor support, deliver targeted activities, and promote independence, communication and personal development for each pupil, both in and beyond school.

Qualifications

• Has experience working with children or young people with additional or complex needs.
• Strong understanding of differentiated and personalised learning.
• Confident supporting learning and leading activities independently.
