BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking a Special Needs Caregiver / Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Indiana, PA and surrounding communities.

You will build meaningful relationships, assist with daily routines and life skills, support participation in hobbies and community activities, accompany clients to appointments, and help promote independence.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Compassionate, reliable and motivated individuals.
• Experience with individuals with special needs preferred but not required.

• No experience? No problem. We provide paid training!
