Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage and help with skill-building activities, while also bringing clients into the community to grow personal goals outside the home.

Full and part-time positions are available, with a focus on compassion and dependable service. Paid training, flexible schedule, weekly pay, and virtual interviews are offered.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home care to recipients.
• Support, encourage, and assist with skill-building activities.
• Accompany recipients to community activities to support goals.
