SAFEbuilt is seeking a talented and experienced Special Magistrate Clerk to join our team in Deerfield Beach, FL. You will support Code Enforcement processes, manage administrative tasks, and assist with quasi-judicial hearings.

The role emphasizes organization, detail, and communication, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and various case management systems. You’ll work independently while coordinating with municipal staff, elected officials, and the public.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Legal Studies, or related field preferred.
• Two years of progressively responsible administrative or clerical experience, preferably in a municipal government, Code Enforcement, legal, or court environment.
• Experience supporting public meetings, hearings, or board proceedings preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
