Develops and fosters business through selling special event rentals of all kinds to meet or exceed specific sales calls, site visits, and revenue goals set by the Director on a per-month and annual basis for the department. Works with the Director to foster relationships with long-standing clients and build relationships with new clients, turning them into repeat clients. Responsible for planning events, billing, invoicing, payment receipts, daily deposits, and survey responses for all CM special events across all locations. Manages reports, creates and shares event reports, and participates in security and safety compliance. Provides high-level customer service and exceeds client expectations.
The following PA Act 153 clearances are required upon employment: Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance, Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check, FBI Fingerprint Criminal Background Check. These are completed during the onboarding process.
