The role includes coordinating A/V, setup, staging, and other event details to promote attendance and generate revenue.

Ideal candidates will have experience planning weddings and corporate rentals, budgeting with ROI projections, and strong customer service; weekend, evening, and holiday work may be required.

Qualificações

• Experience in planning and scheduling events with emphasis on weddings and corporate rentals.
• Experience managing budgets and projecting ROI for events; oversight of sales.
• Strong customer service skills and event coordination abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and conduct a year-round schedule of events and rentals for the Aquarium facility.
• Manage after-hours events, A/V use, table setup, staging, and other event elements.
• Direct the marketing and scheduling of external rentals and activities to promote attendance and revenue.
• Collect and interpret fiscal data, including revenue, participation, and client feedback; prepare budget recommendations.
