You will learn venues across Auburn Athletics and build relationships with vendors and clients under supervision. Responsibilities include assisting in setup and breakdown, daily clerical tasks, and supporting the Event Coordinator as events unfold.

Overview

• Enrolled student at Auburn University

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Ability to work in variable weather conditions with loud crowd noise
• Ability to work both weekdays and weekends, 10-20 hours a week
• Ability to work during all Auburn Athletics home games
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Working knowledge of the following Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as basic audio-visual knowledge
• Ability to independently interpret and follow any verbal or written instruction, including floorplan and event details, with minimal supervision.
