BCRC is seeking a part-time Job Coach to help adults and high school students with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities build independence through community activities and paid employment opportunities.
The position works 3–4 weekdays with schedules 7:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. or 8:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., no nights, weekends, or holidays. Training is provided, and benefits include holidays, PTO, retirement plan, wellness program, and mileage reimbursement.
