Job summary

BCRC, Inc. is hiring a part-time Job Coach to help adults and students with disabilities build independence and skills through community activities, volunteering, and paid employment. The role offers 3–4 weekdays with schedules like 7:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

or 8:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., no nights, weekends, or holidays. Training is provided and benefits include holidays, PTO, retirement, wellness, and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some post-secondary education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support participants in developing life, social, and prevocational skills both on-site and in the community.
• Engage participants in meaningful social and community activities, including volunteering, arts, sports and cultural events, and other community experiences.
• Coach participants through job shadowing while developing job skills, confidence, and workplace success.
