BCRC, Inc. is a nonprofit agency that provides support for individuals with disabilities. The Job Coach Coordinator will supervise and develop job coaches and manage coaching services, reporting to the Production Manager.
This role focuses on prevocational and transition services, participant programming, and ensuring compliance with safety, wage and hour regulations, while promoting a professional, collaborative atmosphere at BCRC’s facilities and worksites.
Reporting to the Production Manager, this position supervises and develops job coaches as well as manages job coaching services in our non‑profit agency that provides support for individuals with disabilities.
Bachelor’s or Associate degree from an accredited college or university and 2 - 4 years of experience working directly with individuals with disabilities. Proven leadership/supervisory skills, strong interpersonal skills and ability to train and develop teams, excellent problem solving and communication skills.
