You will provide job coaching, PCP development, and ongoing support to remove barriers and ensure successful placements. Flexibility, a self-motivated mindset, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• ACRE Certification; CES certification or must obtain within one year of hire.
• Minimum one year experience with individuals with disabilities; sales/marketing/placement experience preferred.
• Reliable vehicle required to visit job seekers and job sites.
• Flexible schedule and self-motivation are essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication; basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, monitor, and update PCPs with vocational goals.
• Provide job coaching, follow-along support, and ongoing job assistance.
• Identify employment opportunities and community connections throughout the workweek.
• Complete daily/monthly attendance records and reports for each participant.
• Liaise with DORS counselor, CCS, employer, and family as needed.
• Participate in PCP/Team meetings to support progress.
• Assist with transportation, assistive technology, and accommodations.
• Stay informed on local labor market trends to aid placements.
• Provide mobility training as assigned.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Job Coach to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving their employment goals. The Job Coach will provide job development, coaching, and ongoing support services to ensure successful job placements and long-term vocational success. This role involves active engagement in the community to build employment opportunities and establish valuable connections.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist program participants in developing, implementing, monitoring, and updating Person-Centered Plans (PCPs) with specific vocational goals.
• Provide job coaching, follow-along support, and ongoing job assistance to address employment barriers.
• Identify and seek employment opportunities and community connections throughout the workweek.
• Complete and submit daily and/or monthly attendance records and reports for each participant.
• Act as a liaison between the program participant and their DORS counselor, CCS, employer, and family, as required.
• Actively participate in PCP/Individual Team Meetings (Annual and Interim) to support employment progress.
• Assist participants in obtaining necessary employment-related supports such as transportation, assistive technology, and reasonable accommodations.
• Stay informed on local labor market trends to enhance job placement opportunities.
• Provide mobility training as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Certifications: ACRE Certified; Certified Employment Support Professional (CESP) certification (or must obtain within one year of hire).
• Experience: Minimum one (1) year working with individuals with disabilities. Experience in sales, marketing, job recruitment, or placement is preferred.Li>
• Technical Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills; basic computer proficiency.
• Other Requirements:
