Job summary

BCRC, Inc. is seeking a part-time Job Coach to support adults with disabilities in building independence and skills through community activities and paid employment. The schedule is 4 weekdays, 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with no nights, weekends, or holidays.

The role involves helping participants develop life and prevocational skills on-site and in the community, with paid training provided and benefits including holidays, PTO, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some post-secondary education preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass criminal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Support participants in developing life, social, and prevocational skills both on-site and in the community.
• Engage participants in meaningful social and community activities, including volunteering, arts, sports and cultural events, and other community experiences.

About BCRC:

As a part-time Job Coach, you will work 4 weekdays.

• Schedule: 7:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
• No nights
• No weekends
• No holidays
  

As a part-time Job Coach your pay and benefits will be:

• $18.40 / hour
• Eleven paid holidays
• Paid Time Off which begins accruing immediately.

• No experience required. BCRC values and provides paid training for all staff.
