Job summary

BCRC, Inc. is seeking a part-time Job Coach (DSP) to support adults with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities. The role runs four weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

with no nights, weekends, or holidays. Compensation is $18.40 per hour plus benefits and paid training. Responsibilities include helping participants develop life, social, and prevocational skills, and engaging them in community activities such as volunteering, arts, sports, and cultural events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass criminal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Support participants in developing life, social, and prevocational skills both on-site and in the community.
• Engage participants in meaningful social and community activities, including volunteering, arts, sports and cultural events, and other community experiences.
