Job summary

The Arc of Washington County - MD in Hagerstown, MD is seeking a Part-Time Job Coach to empower individuals with IDD to achieve real-world employment. You will provide hands-on coaching, build relationships with employers, and support job skills development in a flexible schedule.

This long-term, on-site role offers starting pay at $19.60/hour with room for growth and a supportive, mission-driven team. Training is provided, and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED
• Valid U.S. driver’s license held for at least 2 years
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, physical, and fitness assessment
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Attend paid New Hire Training (2 weeks, Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM)

Who We’re Looking For:

• Compassionate, reliable, and passionate about helping others succeed
• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED
• Valid U.S. driver’s license held for at least 2 years (permit time excluded)
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, physical, and fitness assessment
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and provide hands-on support as needed
• Available to attend paid New Hire Training (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM) 2 weeks
