Job summary

HealthPRO Pediatrics, a division of HealthPro Heritage, is seeking dedicated Special Education Teachers (SPED) for EBD, ASD, and IND roles in Pasco County, FL. These full-time on-site positions offer 37.5 hours per week and a W-2 arrangement with $40–$45 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in ESE or related field.

Responsibilities

Responsible for developing, planning, organizing, and implementing an instructional program for exceptional student education (ESE) students through curriculum, lesson plans, educational programs and individual education plan development while ensuring that all procedures are followed to maintain safety and security and to meet federal, state, local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in the field of Exceptional Student Education, or related field OR Approval by or participation in a state‑approved certification pathway program
• Valid Florida Educator’s Certificate or District‑issued adjunct certification OR Valid statement of eligibility
• Two years' experience in an ESE classroom environment and/or working with children preferred
