Job summary

Seton Catholic Schools in Milwaukee seeks a dedicated Special Education Teacher to oversee ICEPs, monitor progress, provide inclusive instructional support, and coordinate MTSS-based interventions across two campuses.

You will collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families, travel between Catholic East and Prince of Peace, and contribute to data-driven planning to help every student thrive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field is required.
• Master's degree in Education/Special Education is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of classroom teaching experience.
• Experience with MTSS processes and implementing academic interventions is preferred.
• Experience with Evaluation and IEP processes is preferred.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using technology and educational software for assessment and instruction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ICEPs for assigned students; ensure goals and accommodations are implemented.
• Monitor ICEPs in AbleSpace; update annually after evaluations.
• Serve as principal case manager for assigned students; track progress.
• Collect and review progress data related to ICEP goals; prepare reports for families.
