Qualifications

• Liaise with general education teachers to implement accommodations and modifications.
• IEP case management and data-driven IEP writing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as IEP Case Manager for a portfolio of students, writing data-driven IEPs and monitoring progress.
• Deliver targeted academic and behavioral interventions in collaboration with families and teachers.
• Ensure accommodations/modifications are applied; participate on MTSS team.
• Teach rigorous, culturally responsive content in co-taught settings.
• Support student recruitment, after-school tutoring, and additional duties as needed.
