Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team in a vibrant school setting. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and SPED teaching license.
• Experience working with K-12 SPED students.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted academic and behavioral support to students based on individualized needs and learning plans.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to modify instruction, adapt materials, and implement intervention strategies.
• Monitor student progress through data collection, assessments, and regular check-ins, adjusting support as needed.
• Communicate consistently with families, teachers, and school teams to ensure alignment on student goals and services.
• Participate in IEP/504 meetings, contribute to goal development, and help ensure compliance with all required documentation.
