Responsibilities

• Create and execute Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for each student.
• Communicate progress and challenges with staff and families.
• Prepare detailed lesson plans and submit them for administrative approval.
• Participate in scheduled IEP meetings.
• Use individualized reinforcement to support student goals.
• Invite family members to participate in educational progress.
