Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and SPED Teaching License.
- Experience working with K-12 SPED Students.
Responsibilities
- Provide targeted academic and behavioral support to students based on individualized needs and learning plans.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to modify instruction and implement intervention strategies.
- Monitor student progress through data collection, assessments, and regular check-ins.
- Communicate consistently with families, teachers, and school teams to ensure alignment on student goals and services.
- Participate in IEP/504 meetings, contribute to goal development, and help ensure compliance with all required documentation.
