Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our school-based team in New Hampshire. You will provide targeted academic and behavioral support to K-12 SPED students, develop learning plans, and collaborate with classroom teachers to tailor instruction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and SPED Teaching License is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with classroom teachers to modify instruction, adapt materials, and implement intervention strategies.
• Monitor student progress through data collection, assessments, and regular check-ins, adjusting support as needed.
• Communicate consistently with families, teachers, and school teams to ensure alignment on student goals and services.
• Participate in IEP/504 meetings, contribute to goal development, and help ensure compliance with all required documentation.
