Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited university.
• Valid Texas Special Education teaching certificate with endorsements.
• At least one year of student teaching or approved internship.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with scholars, parents, and staff to develop IEPs via ARD.
• Implement instructional, therapeutic, or skill development programs.
• Plan and use instructional strategies reflecting scholars’ learning styles.
• Modify regular curricula and assist scholars in regular classes.
