Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college/university.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and Google Apps.
• Knowledge of state and federal policies for students with disabilities (FERPA).
• Ability to work in a team and communicate clearly in written and oral form.

Responsabilités

• Develops IEPs for students with disabilities; updates IEPs using diagnostic information.
• Implements instructional strategies and progress monitoring to provide specially designed instruction.
• Assists students in completing curriculum tasks and IEP goals.
• Employs varied teaching methods, accommodations, and modifications to meet diverse needs.
• Monitors student behavior, maintains classroom discipline, and teaches behavioral strategies.
• Evaluates student work and adjusts instruction based on progress and needs.
• Attends IEP meetings and collaborates with team members.
• Stays current with trends and best practices in instruction.
