Job summary

Responsive Education Solutions is seeking a dedicated SPED teacher to ensure the school's special education program delivers necessary services to students with disabilities. You will collaborate with parents, general education teachers, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans that meet identified needs.

You will ensure compliance with all federal, state, and district SPED requirements, maintain detailed records, and advocate for appropriate services.

Qualifications

• Passion for students with disabilities.
• Advanced knowledge of SPED laws at federal/state level.
• Ability to work interactively with students with disabilities.
• Valid Arkansas SPED teacher license.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret student data and test results.

Responsibilities
