Job summary

Evergreen Public Schools Crestline Elementary School in Vancouver, WA seeks a Special Education Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. This 1.0 FTE continuing position requires a Washington Special Education credential and a bachelor’s degree.

Starting date is immediate, with salary $66,188 to $121,740 per negotiated agreement. Applicants will participate in the interview process and criminal background checks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with Special Education endorsement required.
• Valid Washington State teaching certificate in Special Education.
• Must pass Washington State Patrol background check.
• Knowledge of state/federal education laws for students with disabilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, monitor IEPs and transition plans.
• Provide specially designed instruction and related services.
• Use assistive technologies to support learning.
• Collaborate with staff, parents, and administration.
• Maintain accurate confidential records and assessments.
