Qualifications

• MA Educator License for students with disabilities required.
• Experience with Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks and MCAS/MCAS Alternate preferred.
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis and Discrete Trial instruction encouraged.
• Willingness to pursue advanced special education training as directed.

Responsabilités

• Provide individually designed instruction to progress toward IEP goals.
• Plan and assess curriculum for students with disabilities and adjust as needed.
• Create a positive classroom environment and promote student engagement.
• Deliver instruction using varied strategies and technology to support learning.
• Collaborate with parents, staff, and the Principal or Director of Special Education.
