Therapy Source, Inc. seeks a Pennsylvania-certified Special Education Teacher to provide in-person instruction to private school students in an autism and emotional support classroom for the current school year. The role is 37.5 hours per week, 5 days weekly, from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with part-time options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
• PA Instructional I or II Special Education certification, OR PA Private School certification in Intellectual Disabilities K–12.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience with students with special needs.
• Ability to provide in-person services.
• Up-to-date required clearances, or willingness to obtain them.
• Professional liability insurance, or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver specialized instruction aligned with students’ IEP goals.
• Maintain a structured, supportive classroom for students with autism and emotional support needs.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of students’ IEPs and monitor progress.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation and records.
• Collaborate with school staff and the educational team as appropriate.
