Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field required.
• PA SPED certification (I or II) or Private School certification in Intellectual Disabilities K-12.
• Minimum 6 months of experience with students with special needs.
• Ability to provide services in person; willingness to obtain clearances and liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver specialized instruction aligned with students’ IEP goals.
• Maintain a structured, supportive classroom for students with autism and emotional support needs.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of IEPs and monitor progress.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation and records.
• Collaborate with school staff and the educational team as appropriate.

Therapy Source is seeking Pennsylvania-certified Special Education Teachers to provide in-person instruction to private school students in autism and emotional support classrooms for the current school year.Full-time and part-time openings are available, with hours from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Depending on the campus, classrooms may serve elementary, middle, or high school students.
