Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field.
• Active California Education Specialist Instruction Credential (Preliminary/Clear/Level I/II).
• R3MM (Mild/Moderate) or R3EN (Extensive Support Needs) preferred; EL authorization advantageous.

Position Overview

• Setting: On-site K-12 Public School Classrooms (Resource, Inclusion, or Specialized SDC)
• Start Date: Immediate
• Caseloads: Mild/Moderate Support Needs (MMSN) or Extensive Support Needs (ESN / Mod-Severe)

What You Will Do

What You Need

• Authorizations: Preferred R3MM (Mild/Moderate) or R3EN (Extensive Support Needs), plus English Learner Authorization (ELAE or CLAD).
• Key Skills: Solid knowledge of IEP compliance, clear communication, and a practical approach to supporting students with diverse needs.
