Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is seeking a Special Education Teacher for on-site K-12 classrooms in the East Bay. The role focuses on direct instruction aligned with IEP goals and collaboration with general ed staff, parents, and therapists.

You will manage IEPs using district software, coordinate accommodations, and support students with diverse needs in MMSN or ESN settings. Immediate start with flexible full-time/part-time or per diem opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Special Education or related field.
• Active California Education Specialist Instruction Credential.
• EL authorization preferred: ELAE or CLAD.

Position Overview

• Start Date: Immediate
• Caseloads: Mild/Moderate Support Needs (MMSN) or Extensive Support Needs (ESN / Mod-Severe)

What You Need

• Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Credential: Active California Education Specialist Instruction Credential. Preliminary, Clear, Level I/II.
• Authorizations: Preferred R3MM (Mild/Moderate) or R3EN (Extensive Support Needs), plus English Learner Authorization (ELAE or CLAD).
• Key Skills: Solid knowledge of IEP compliance, clear communication, and a practical approach to supporting students with diverse needs.
