JOB GOAL: To create a flexible special education program and an environment favorable to learning and personal growth; to establish effective rapport with pupils; to motivate pupils to develop skills, attitudes and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation for physical well-being in accordance with each pupil’s ability; to establish good relationships with parents, community, and with other staff members; to work closely with the building counselor and principal to develop a sound program for “at-risk” students; and to willingly serve in other assigned areas as needed.
