Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, seeks teachers certified in Special Ed or Gen Ed with a plan to add a Special Ed endorsement for K-12. Join SESI’s in-district classrooms and standalone schools serving diverse students across Texas.

We offer paid training, credentialing support, large benefit packages, and a PBIS-based instructional framework. Minimum pay: USD 60,000; max pay: USD 70,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; valid teaching certification (general education or special education)
• Willingness to add special education endorsement to general education certification
• Commitment to learning and implementing feedback
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic educational environment

Responsibilities

• Work with diverse group of students from varying backgrounds.
• Teach knowledge and skills, nurture confidence and character, provide individualized attention.
• Use assessment data to modify short- and long-term plans to improve academic performance.
• Develop and maintain lesson plans aligned to IEP goals.
• Collaborate with team to foster critical thinking and rigor.
• Apply behavior support strategies and de-escalation techniques as needed.
• Drive student growth and maintain required forms and files.
• Participate in daily functions, conferences, meetings and training.
