FullBloom’s Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) seeks a dedicated Special Education Teacher to support K-12 students requiring additional academic, behavioral, and social-emotional supports.

You’ll collaborate with school teams to deliver SESI’s instructional models and CASE PBIS framework in in-district classrooms or standalone schools. You will develop individualized plans, manage behavior interventions, and monitor student progress while complying with IEPs and high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid teaching credential appropriate to the role.
• Commitment to learning and implementing feedback.
• Adaptability and flexibility.

Responsabilités

• Work with a diverse group of students from varying backgrounds.
• Use SESI’s instructional models to teach knowledge and skills.
• Develop and maintain individualized lesson plans.
• Implement behavior management and intervention strategies.
• Maintain student documents such as IEPs and BIPs.
• Drive, record, and track student growth toward goals.
• Supervise and monitor students within the school.
