Join a nationwide network serving over 600 districts and 7,000 students, with extensive training and credentialing support. You will deliver data-driven instruction, collaborate with school teams and families, and implement SESI’s CASE PBIS framework to help students shine despite challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and valid teaching certification (general or special education) are required.
• Willingness to add special education endorsement to general education certification.
• Commitment to learning and implementing feedback.
• Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a dynamic educational environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse group of students to support academic, social, and emotional needs.
• Use assessment data to modify short- and long-term plans and promote academic progress.
• Develop and maintain skill-appropriate lesson plans.
• Collaborate with team members to foster critical thinking and academic rigor.
• Apply the school’s behavior support strategies and participate in trainings.
