New Story Schools in Pennsylvania is hiring a skilled Special Education teacher to support students ages 5–21 with autism and related challenges. You will develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and create engaging lesson plans tailored to each student’s needs.

Work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver differentiated instruction, manage behavior, and document progress. The role emphasizes collaboration, professional growth, and helping students achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and PA Special Education teaching certification.
• Minimum three months of experience working with students with disabilities.
• Knowledge of child development, differentiated instruction, and behavior management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IEPs and lesson plans that meet each student’s needs.
• Deliver engaging instruction using varied teaching methods.
