The ideal candidate holds Arizona Special Education Certification, collaborates with families and staff, and meets licensing and compliance requirements. Pay is up to $53/hour with bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or equivalent field.
• Arizona Special Education Certification through ADE.
• Preschool assignments require Arizona Early Childhood Special Education Certification.
• Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• CPR certification completed in person.
• First Aid certification completed in person.
• NCI Training Certificate and Food Handler's card.
• Minimum 1 year experience in special education with individualized strategies.
• Valid driver’s license, Social Security Card, and college diploma.
• TB testing within 12 months or no active TB in 6 months.
• Two letters of recommendation for preschool licensing.
• Ability to work days and 37.5 hours/week with strong communication and classroom-management skills.

• Develop and implement individualized educational strategies aligned with student needs and special education requirements.
• Monitor student progress, document performance, and communicate updates with families, school staff, and educational team members.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, specialists, and support personnel to coordinate services and promote student development.
• Maintain accurate records, follow school and licensing procedures, and complete all required compliance, health, safety, and classroom-management responsibilities.
